    Dubai Police Guinness record milestones stunned spectators as officers set two world records at Dubai Marathon 2026.

    In a major global achievement, Dubai Police added two new Guinness World Records during the marathon. The recognition highlights the force’s strong focus on excellence, discipline, and innovation. The records were officially confirmed and presented during a ceremony at the Dubai Police Officers’ Club.

    His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, received the certificates in the presence of senior officials. The event also included Brigadier Dr. Jassim Mohammed Hassan, Deputy Director of the General Department of Training.

    Two Record-Breaking Feats Show Strength and Teamwork

    The first world record came from coach Saeed Bilal. He completed a 10-kilometre run in just 48.6 minutes while wearing a full Taekwondo uniform. This set a new global benchmark in that unique category and showcased both endurance and discipline.

    The second record was achieved by a four-member Dubai Police team. The group included Second Lieutenant Hassan Bilal, First Sergeant Arif Abdul Razzaq, First Corporal Nabil Al Shami, and First Corporal Mohamed Sharif.

    They carried a 70-kilogram patient on a stretcher over 10 kilometres. The team completed the run in 56.50 minutes, demonstrating exceptional teamwork, physical strength, and real-world emergency readiness.

    Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri praised the team’s efforts and dedication. He noted that these achievements reflect Dubai Police’s commitment to excellence in both sports and professional performance.
