3 New Dubai Beach Clubs Coming in Late 2026 and 2027

Three new Dubai beach clubs are planned for Palm West Beach and Jumeirah, with openings extending into 2027.

Cipriani Lido, ISBA by Bagatelle and Zuma Beachhouse will bring new beachfront dining and leisure experiences to Dubai.

However, they will not all open in 2026. ISBA is targeting the fourth quarter of 2026, while Cipriani Lido and Zuma Beachhouse are currently scheduled for 2027.

ISBA by Bagatelle targets late 2026 opening

Location: Palm West Beach, Palm Jumeirah

ISBA by Bagatelle is expected to be the first of the three venues to welcome guests.

Operator 7 Management describes ISBA as a full-day beachfront destination combining French-Mediterranean dining, music and entertainment. The atmosphere will move from relaxed lunches to a livelier evening experience with DJs and live performances.

The menu will focus on generous sharing dishes influenced by Mediterranean cooking and French bistro dining. The venue will also feature an open-air beachfront design inspired by the French Riviera.

7 Management has announced that ISBA is expected to open during the fourth quarter of 2026, although an exact launch date has not been published. Further information is available on the official ISBA by Bagatelle page.

Cipriani Lido coming to J1 Beach in 2027

Location: J1 Beach, Jumeirah 1

Cipriani will introduce its first Lido beach club in the Middle East at J1 Beach in 2027.

The waterfront venue will combine a restaurant, beach club and all-day social space. Announced features include private cabanas, sunbeds, indoor dining areas, a terrace, private dining rooms and a Bellini Bar and Lounge.

Guests can expect the Italian dishes associated with the Cipriani brand, along with cakes, gelato and its signature peach Bellini.

The project is being developed by Cipriani Group and Fundamental Hospitality. The companies have confirmed the location and 2027 opening year, but have not announced an exact date, opening hours or beach-access prices.

Cipriani also lists Cipriani Lido as an upcoming UAE venue.

Zuma Beachhouse now scheduled for 2027

Location: Jumeirah 1, overlooking Port de La Mer marina

Zuma Beachhouse was previously reported as a 2025 opening, but the restaurant’s official website now states that it will open in 2027.

The new daytime concept will occupy a double-front beach plot at the end of the La Mer coastline, between Pearl Jumeirah and Jumeirah Bay. It will overlook the Port de La Mer marina.

Earlier plans for the project included a swimming pool, daybeds, a private beach, a sea-facing lounge and a bar. Zuma has not yet published its final menu, opening hours, reservation details or access prices.

The venue will become Zuma’s third location in the UAE. The brand currently operates restaurants in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

ISBA by Bagatelle currently has the earliest expected opening window, with its launch planned for the final quarter of 2026. Cipriani Lido and Zuma Beachhouse are both scheduled for 2027.

None of the three venues has published confirmed day-pass prices, minimum spending requirements or complete reservation policies.
