On 10 August 2025, the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence (DCAI) announced the second cycle of its Future of AI in Government Services Accelerator programme. The initiative, launched in partnership with Dubai Future Accelerators, part of the Dubai Future Foundation, aims to strengthen Dubai’s position as a global leader in AI innovation.
The programme directly supports the Dubai Universal Blueprint for Artificial Intelligence, aligning with the city’s goal of becoming the world’s largest hub for AI-driven solutions across critical sectors.
Selected companies will work alongside more than 20 government entities on projects in four focus areas:
Participants will collaborate directly with experts and decision-makers, ensuring the opportunity to implement solutions at scale. Notably, the programme requires no equity stake, allowing innovators to maintain full ownership of their creations.
The eight-week programme offers fully sponsored travel and accommodation in Dubai, giving participants the freedom to focus entirely on project development. The second cycle runs from 6 October to 28 November 2025, with registration open until 28 August 2025.
According to Saeed Al Falasi, Executive Director of DCAI, the programme is designed to “spark innovative uses of AI, helping government entities position Dubai among the world’s top cities for delivering agile, AI-powered public services defined by speed, quality, and efficiency.”
The first cycle of the accelerator saw participation from 615 AI companies across 55 countries. Of the 183 AI use cases identified, 75 were piloted successfully, highlighting Dubai’s global leadership in leveraging AI to enhance community well-being and quality of life.
With a focus on collaboration, speed, and innovation, the second cycle promises to unlock transformative solutions that can redefine how governments serve their people.
