Dubai has launched Creators HQ, a first-of-its-kind platform that helps global content creators obtain a 10-year Golden Visa. This major initiative positions Dubai as a leading hub for creators worldwide, offering long-term residency, creative space, and support.
Backed by the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, the program targets filmmakers, podcasters, influencers, animators, and digital storytellers. Applicants with strong portfolios, social engagement, or notable awards can apply through the official Creators HQ portal.
The Golden Visa grants full UAE residency for ten years without the need for a local sponsor. It also allows creators to sponsor family members and domestic staff.
In addition to visa access, approved creators receive entry to state-of-the-art coworking spaces, production studios, and creative events hosted across Dubai, including inside Emirates Towers.
The UAE aims to attract over 10,000 creators through this program. Officials have allocated AED 150 million (USD 40.8 million) to support the initiative’s infrastructure and services.
According to the official announcement, accepted creators can obtain an Emirates ID within just a few days. The visa also enables 100% business ownership and extended stays abroad without losing residency.
The initiative reflects Dubai’s long-term strategy to lead the global creative economy and nurture innovation in media, design, and storytelling.
To apply, content creators can visit the official Creators HQ website and follow the guided steps for eligibility assessment, document upload, and approval timelines.
This program is part of a larger national effort to recognize creative talent and turn Dubai into a global home for the world’s top digital creators.
