6 AI and Tech Events and Meetups in Dubai This November (2026)
From DIFC's new Future Finance Week to Dubai Future Week at the Museum of the Future, here are the AI and tech events worth blocking out in your November calendar — plus the builder meetups where the real demos happen.

November is shaping up to be one of the busiest months of the year for Dubai's tech crowd. GITEX has moved to December this year, which leaves November free for a run of finance, AI, cybersecurity and future-tech gatherings — plus the community meetups where builders show what they're actually shipping.
Here's what's on, in date order.
| Event | Dates | Venue | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dubai FinTech Summit | 2–3 Nov | Madinat Jumeirah | AI in finance, founders, investors |
| Dubai Future Finance Week | 2–6 Nov | Venues across Dubai | Fintech, digital assets, tokenisation |
| TechNext AI & Cybersecurity Summit | 5 Nov | Pullman Dubai Downtown | CISOs, CIOs, AI security |
| Global AI Show (day trip) | 18–19 Nov | Space42 Arena, Abu Dhabi | Enterprise AI, government AI |
| Dubai Future Week | 18–21 Nov | Emirates Towers & Museum of the Future | Future tech, AI, robotics, startups |
| Community meetups | Throughout Nov | Various | Developers and hands-on builders |
1. Dubai FinTech Summit — 2–3 November
Where: Madinat Jumeirah · Organiser: Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC)
Now in its fourth edition, the Dubai FinTech Summit is the anchor event of the new Dubai Future Finance Week. It was originally pencilled in for earlier in the year before being rescheduled to November, and registered delegates had their passes carried over automatically.
AI runs right through the programme — expect sessions on how AI and blockchain are reshaping financial services, AI-driven payments and biometrics, and AI in embedded finance. The organisers are targeting 10,000+ business leaders, 1,000+ investors and 300+ speakers from over 120 countries, alongside the FinTech World Cup grand finale and a FinTech Launchpad for product announcements.
Go if: you work in or around fintech, banking or payments, or you're a founder looking to meet investors.
2. Dubai Future Finance Week — 2–6 November
Where: 14 stages around Dubai · Organiser: DIFC
The inaugural Dubai Future Finance Week wraps the FinTech Summit into a five-day programme of 85+ events and 12 signature forums, with more than 850 speakers. For tech-minded readers, the standouts are the Future Tokenisation Forum and GAIP InsureTek Dubai (4–5 November), which focuses on technology in insurance. The wider week also covers sustainable finance, private capital, Islamic finance and family wealth.
Go if: you're interested in digital assets, tokenisation or insurtech, or want several days of finance-meets-tech networking.
3. TechNext AI & Cybersecurity Summit — 5 November
Where: Pullman Dubai Downtown · Organisers: Internetshine Technologies and MENA Trade Enterprises
The second edition of TechNext zooms in on where AI and security meet. Key themes include AI governance and ethics, generative AI and automation, cyber threat intelligence, data privacy and compliance, and quantum security. The one-day format mixes keynotes, panels, hands-on workshops and live tech showcases, and closes with the TechNext Awards 2026. Last year's first edition drew more than 500 leaders from over 20 countries.
Go if: you're a CISO, CIO, CTO or security professional figuring out how AI changes your threat landscape.
4. Global AI Show Abu Dhabi — 18–19 November (worth the day trip)
Where: Space42 Arena, Abu Dhabi
Not technically in Dubai, but close enough that many Dubai-based AI professionals make the drive. The Global AI Show expects 6,000+ attendees, 150+ speakers and 100+ exhibitors across two stages. The 2026 agenda covers AI infrastructure and compute, energy, physical AI and robotics, and AI in government services, with a strong line-up of Chief AI Officers from UAE ministries and authorities.
Passes are tiered — a Standard pass covering both days of the exhibition and conference was listed as free at the time of writing, with paid Business and VIP passes adding lunch, networking zones and lounge access.
Go if: you sell AI into enterprise or government, or want to hear how UAE public-sector bodies are actually deploying it.
5. Dubai Future Week — 18–21 November
Where: Emirates Towers and the Museum of the Future · Organiser: Dubai Future Foundation, under the patronage of HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum
This is the big one for anyone interested in where AI and emerging tech are heading. Dubai Future Week frames its programme around a simple idea — that the future is about people, not just technology — and looks at how AI, synthetic biology, robotics, quantum technologies and new energy systems will change how we live, work and learn.
The programme is organised into five tracks: how we'll live, think, innovate, feel and do business. Across four days, there are eight ways to take part — the Big Stage for headline conversations, a Prototype Floor, a startup Pitch, a Policy Room, a Challenge, Offstage sessions, the 500 Future Minds programme and the District.
Registration is open on the official site, with separate applications for speakers and partners.
Go if: you want the broadest, most forward-looking view of tech in the city this month — and an excuse to spend time inside the Museum of the Future.
6. Community meetups for builders — throughout November
Big summits are great for networking, but the most hands-on AI learning in Dubai often happens at smaller community events. A few to keep an eye on:
- AI Tinkerers Dubai — a free, demo-only meetup for engineers, researchers and founders, usually held on Saturdays. No slides and no pitches: presenters get 15 minutes to show working code and talk through what broke. Registrations are screened and a GitHub profile is required. The group held its October Demo Day on 10 October; check their site for the next date.
- AI Builders and Databases Dubai — an evening meetup by ClickHouse at Media One Hotel in Dubai Media City, with talks on real-time analytics and rebuilding data platforms, followed by networking. Registration requires host approval.
- Decoding Data Science — one of the UAE's larger AI and tech communities, running regular events and community-rate access to bigger conferences.
Heads-up: GITEX has moved to December
If you're used to GITEX landing in October, note the change: GITEX GLOBAL 2026 runs from 7 to 11 December, opening with a summit on 7 December followed by the exhibition from 8 to 11 December. It has also moved from Dubai World Trade Centre to the Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City Dubai — so plan your travel accordingly.
